Tom was born and raised in Danbury, Connecticut and relocated to Southeast Florida in 1987. Tom's earlier career was in the restaurant and hospitality industry in Maryland, Washington, Connecticut and Florida. Tom was heavily involved in ownership, management, consulting and acquisitions of a number of restaurants and hotels.

Tom completed the required educational courses and obtained his State of Connecticut real estate license in 1976. He utilized his license for the purchase and investment in a number of real estate ventures.

Upon his relocation to Southeast Florida, Tom was appointed President of Conida Corporation ... a Florida corporation specializing in the purchase, refurbishing and sale of luxury waterfront residences in Broward County, Florida.

In 1990, Tom completed the required educational courses and obtained his State of Florida Real Estate Salesperson License. He brought his career to a higher level by completing the required education and obtained his State of Florida Real Estate Broker's License.

In 1994, Tom and Susan relocated from the Fort Lauderdale area to Palm Beach County ... where they have enjoyed repeated recognition and awards for being top-producing agents in their industry.

In 2000, Tom and Susan made the decision to join forces with one of the areas most prominent and well-respected real estate firms -- Illustrated Properties Real Estate, Inc. ... an exclusive affiliate of Christie's Great Estates. By joining this elite group of real estate professionals, Tom and Susan are able to offer their clientele the very highest level of service, marketing and knowledge of the real estate industry.

Susan Melillo was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois where she resided until her relocation to Southeast Florida in 1986. Susan's earlier career encompassed serving as Administrative Assistant to the Chairman of the Board/Chairman Emeritus of Hart, Schaffner & Marx and as Legal Assistant to Newton N. Minow, Former FCC Chairman and Senior Partner of the law firm of Sidley & Austin in Chicago. Additionally, Susan worked as a Legal Assistant for three top law firms in Chicago and Fort Lauderdale before joining forces with husband, Tom, in the real estate profession.

In 1993, Susan began working with husband, Tom, as a Personal Assistant in his real estate profession. Shortly thereafter, Susan made the decision to join Tom as a licensed real estate professional and in 1994, Susan completed the required educational courses and obtained her State of Florida Real Estate Salesperson License.

After working side by side with husband, Tom, and taking full advantage of the guidance and support Tom provided, Susan joined Tom in being recognized as two of the areas top producing Real Estate Professionals.
